From the first step.
It’s about sound choices throughout development.
What should the solution do? What information does it need? Who gets access, and when should a person check the result? We aim to make these questions a natural part of the work.
Needs differ between products and assignments. Security measures must therefore be assessed in relation to the use, data and risks of each solution.
Deliberate data choices.
We assess what information is necessary, how it is handled and which systems are involved. These questions are resolved during development.
People stay involved.
AI can make mistakes. We prioritise clear review points and the ability to understand and assess results, especially where errors matter.
Test. Learn. Improve.
We use testing, focused changes and traceability to understand how solutions behave and identify what needs improvement.

We also explore how anomalies and unwanted behaviour in AI systems can be detected and investigated, aiming for better visibility and a clearer basis for follow-up.
