The website and the agreement
Mathisen Dynamics offers advice, practical AI support, automation and digital development. The website presents possibilities and projects; an enquiry is not itself an order for paid work.
These terms provide general conditions for assignments where incorporated into the agreement. A written quote or contract specifies the deliverable and prevails in case of conflict. Visiting the website does not mean accepting an engagement contract.
Scope, price and start
Before paid work begins, we agree in writing on the work, price or calculation method, timeframe and prerequisites. The agreement must state whether pricing is fixed or time-based. Third-party service and ongoing operating costs must be agreed before being incurred.
The quote must state VAT and payment deadline. Private customers receive a total price including VAT and known mandatory costs. Changes affecting price, scope or delivery are agreed before extra work.
Collaboration and delivery
The customer provides necessary information and access they are entitled to share. Access is limited to the assignment’s needs. We agree on how the solution is tested and what constitutes delivery.
Expected delays are raised as soon as known. Operation, maintenance, support and further development after delivery are included only as agreed.
Confidentiality and personal data
Confidential assignment information is kept confidential and used only for agreed purposes. Access by necessary providers must be clarified and covered by suitable obligations. Customer names, logos and project descriptions are not used as public references without permission.
If we process personal data on the customer’s behalf, a processing agreement is concluded first. Purpose, data types, access, providers, storage and deletion must be clarified. Do not send confidential material before agreeing on a suitable transfer method.
Rights to deliverables
Customers retain rights to their material. Usage rights, ownership of new code, source-code access and any reuse must be described in the agreement. Existing tools and components retain their respective rights and licences.
Rights are clarified before development so both parties know what the customer may use, modify and continue after delivery.
AI, quality and follow-up
AI can produce incorrect or incomplete results. For AI assignments, we agree on review points and necessary human judgement. Expectations for function, quality and use must match the agreed deliverable.
Notify post@mathisen-dynamics.no if something differs from the agreement. We investigate and agree on correction or follow-up under the agreement and applicable law. Website descriptions do not limit statutory rights.
Projects marked “in development” or “experimental” do not promise a specific launch date or finished functionality.
Termination and private customers
Cancellation, termination and payment for completed work are governed by the agreement and applicable law. Website changes do not automatically change an existing assignment.
Mandatory consumer rights apply to private customers. Before a distance contract, customers must receive required information including total price, delivery, complaints and any withdrawal right, with a withdrawal form where required. Starting during a withdrawal period must follow Norwegian withdrawal-law requirements. These general terms do not replace that information.
Questions and disputes
Please raise questions or disagreements directly first so we can try to resolve them. Norwegian law applies, subject to mandatory rights. Disputes are handled by the relevant complaints body or competent court.
